Rental Terms and Agreement
RENTAL TERMS
RENTAL PERIOD: All rental prices are for 48 hours. Should your return extend beyond 48 hours you will be charged half of each items’ total cost per day past the designated return date. Extended rental periods need to be discussed ahead of time to check availability. This ensures that we are able to continue to provide these rentals to other clients who have reserved them. Please be respectful of your reservation period. Rented items remain the property of Fête & Vignette.
CANCELATION & REFUNDS: We understand that plans may change. Please contact Fête & Vignette as soon as possible if changes to your event need to be made and we will do our best to ACCOMMODATE. Orders that are completely cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a Fête & Vignette credit equal to their order amount. any requests to reschedule an event must be made in writing as soon as possible so that our team can work with you to reschedule your order based on product availability.
TERMS: Prices remain locked in upon the time of rental purchase but are subject to change without notice. Delivery, pick up, set up, and event florals are subject to additional charges beyond initial rental reservations. Clients must pay any additional damage or misplaced item fees within 5 days of notification from our team after inspection. Should this charge go unpaid beyond 5 days a 5% fee will be added daily to the damage amount per day until the invoice is paid.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The beauty of renting is outsourcing which includes us cleaning up for you. Due to the differing materials and care instructions of our pieces, for plates, flatware, and cups please rinse and dry the pieces and we will take care of the rest. for linens, please shake any debris off the pieces and return without washing. We understand that accidents happen and have included a red wine and food stain spray to use should wine or sauce spill on our linens. please spray on the spot and rinse with cold water before returning. Fête & Vignette will conduct a count and quality check of inventory upon return. If any items are missing from an order or are received back in damaged or unacceptable condition at the DISCRETION of our team, the client will be notified and responsible for paying to replace the item(s). Many of our products are high-end, limited edition, and/or vintage pieces that are one-of-a-kind. Clients will be charged the full retail purchase price of any items damaged or misplaced.

FLORAL PICKUP / DELIVERY: Once florals are picked up or delivered, clients acknowledge that arrangements were received in good condition and waive any claims of defect. Due to the perishable nature of florals, Fête & Vignette is not responsible for their condition once they leave our care. All florals may naturally shift, wilt, or change after pickup or delivery. Once florals are picked up or delivered, clients are responsible for proper handling and storage. Arrangements should be kept in a cool environment and out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Improper storage can affect the quality and lifespan of your florals.
Flowers are natural products and may have slight variations in color, shape, and size. These are not considered defects. We embrace these natural characteristics as part of what makes floral design organic and unique. Floral selections are subject to seasonal availability and market conditions. While we aim to stay true to your color palette and overall aesthetic, we reserve the right to make floral substitutions of equal or greater value as needed. Substitutions are made using our professional discretion to maintain the integrity of the design.
