RENTALS

Do you ship your rentals?

Our rental collection is available exclusively for local pickup and delivery within the Birmingham, Alabama area. If a product makes you select a two-day rental period on our booking calendar it's only eligible to be rented locally. 

If I'm local to Birmingham and want to rent for more than two days is that an option?

Absolutely! Our standard rental period is two days, but we understand some events and celebrations require a longer timeline. Please contact us before placing your order, and we'll be happy to discuss availability and extended rental period options.

I've reserved my rentals for the dates needed, what's next?

Once your rental order is placed, we'll review your reservation and reach out if any additional details are needed. In most cases, you're all set at this point! You will receive pickup or delivery details the Monday of your rental week to help you prepare for your rentals! 

What is your rental agreement/policy?

Can you deliver my rental order to me? 

Yes! We offer local delivery within the Birmingham area for an additional fee. Delivery pricing is based on order size and we require a $100 minimum order to be eligible for delivery. Please keep in mind our delivery fee is one-way prior to your event. If you'd like the rental inventory picked up following your event that's an additional fee.

If you'd prefer, rental orders can also be picked up complimentary from our Birmingham location during your scheduled pickup window.
